I am Scott Fox, co-founder of P.U.R.E. and a certified specialist in EFT and Energy Psychology. I have been helping athletes and individuals in the USA to conquer mental and emotional blocks since 2008. The psychological toll of war on Ukrainians necessitates innovative solutions. P.U.R.E has been offering free psychological support to Ukrainian citizens since 2022. This has been done using scalable leading-edge techniques such as Emotional Freedom Techniques ("EFT" aka "Tapping"), the most clinically studied form of energy psychology. The Veterans Affairs Hospital System has approved EFT in the treatment of veterans with PTSD.
